Young-Han Lee, a Lawyer

Extensive consultation/transmission of domestic and foreign clients on DLT (blockchain), US litigation (including electronic evidence disclosure), forensics (internal investigation), patent/trade secrets, and environmental/energy related areas

While studying commercial law and civil procedure law at Seoul National University Law School, Northwestern Law School, and Georgetown Law School, he studied various legal systems and legal issues. After completing the 38th Judicial Research Institute, he worked as the head of the Korea-U.S. Combined Forces Command.

Successful results were obtained by litigation for infringement of secondary battery trade secrets, registration of REC's domestic exchange, preparation and implementation of multilateral REACH agreement, and offsetting damages related to domestic helicopters.
